yeah...you could see the oil and fuel and coolant from cars sitting on top...needless to say, my shoes will be washed and the insoles laundered before I wear them again...I was just glad I had a spare pair of socks in the car!

I did a little shooting out in the sticks today on the way to one of my job sites...it was good to shoot a little...heading to Alabama to cover a track day this weekend...

Thanks, I am re-working that first one now...not happy with it, fixed the exposure problem, and need to tweak a couple other things I have gotten crits on that confirmed my doubts!

Just a heads up for anyone interested in aircraft:

Korean Airlines will start flying the Airbus 380 (world's biggest passenger plane) into Hartsfield starting on Sunday September 1st. It's scheduled to land at 11:20 AM then depart again at 1:30 PM. Forecast is partly cloudy with scattered showers and storms. Rain chance 40%.

Now, does anyone have a line on a good location to shoot at Hartsfield?

Being able to rent gear is dangerous...I found my next lens...and I am gonna have to save up for a while...the 24mm f1.4LII...the light falloff is un-reproducible in post...it is so soft and gradual...you can get right up close, shoot fast and still get a good bit in frame...
