I opened this image in PS and it looks much better. The dress is bright orang and on my browser it looks pale yellow and overall with a greenish cast.

I wonder why ...

Anyway, in PS it looks great! It is just a matter of taste but I would try to darken a bit the hair in order to make the face stand out.

Looks great here. Do I want to know what the red fingertips represent?

Edit: I also opened it in CS2 and saw the opposite of what hecya saw (drab and greenish in Photoshop, bright in Firefox). Color is a strange animal.

Thank you hecya, rowdy and william.

Picture was taken during a school day cebration.Model was performing indian classical dance. Fingers and palm is coated with mehndi (henna paste) a kind of herbal makeup.

Henna paste is usually applied to the skin using a plastic cone or a paint brush, but sometimes a small metal-tipped jacquard bottle used for silk painting (a jac bottle) is used. The affected area is then wrapped with tissue, plastic, or medical tape to lock in body heat, creating a more intense colour on the skin. The wrap is worn overnight and then removed. The final colour is reddish brown and can last anywhere from two weeks to several months depending on the quality of the paste.

Applying henna is considered to be auspicious and primary form of make up for palms, fingers and feet.
