Hi group!

I've recently been having a bit of trouble with my ZoomBrowser EX (v 2.2 on win '98, in service of an S100) and after reading this forum and the little bit of information Canon provided, I've decided I don't know enough of what this software is doing with my precious photos.

Could someone post or direct me to a basic description of the files associated with each picture? I was under the mistaken impression that the .jpg was it, and was unaware of the associated .zbd, .idx, .xyz....

I currently experience a problem where ZB gives me "DB_E_NO_SUCH_OBJECT" when I start it up (I only have one database). I have a backup in the form of ZB running on another computer with all of the same images there.

Thanks for your help.

Chris

Even uninstalling and reinstalling gives this to me, along with an errors
"DB_E_TRANS_OPEN" and "E_FAIL"
Can someone please help?
