This was the first time I got to use my slaves. They are cheap ones that I got for $40 and I only have one flash and it was cheap also, $80 (incablitz 280AZ). Not great shots, but i was happy with them considering. I also realized it makes a huge difference when shooting with wireless flashes. Hopefully will get another flash or 2 in the near future, as well as a peleng :D .

hey justin, slaves are a wonderful thing eh?

with slaves comes more learning to do. in your first picture, bottom left, it's really hot (bright), you gotta watch your flash's output power and your camera's aperture. you do have good timing though.

also, in your first picture, you have too much dead space going on to the left, watch for that. in the second picture, you did well on the left side, but also watch above or below the skater, in this case, you have too much head room.
