Is anyone familiar with this tripod? I am looking at perhaps getting this for a trip to Italy this summer.

Thanks

Tim

I have one of these. If you plan to put a DSLR on I'd suggest you got for the Slik Mini instead of the Mini Pro 3. The ball and socket head isn't quite up to the job of holding the camera. The Mini has a normal platform head and is more stable. Even this isn't really up to taking a DSLR but it's better than the Mini Pro 3.

I have both, and both are much more suited to taking my Konica Minolta A200 than my 350D

Thanks, Graham.

I need something small, light and inexpensive. I will look into the Mini.
