I have 2 20D cameras. One I can download with the usb cable, no problem. It has firmware 2.0.0 The second camera gets a message unidentified usb device when I plug it in and turn it on. This one has firmware 1.1.0 I went to canons site to download a firmware upgrade, and although it shows a firmware file 2.0.3 or somehting like that, the file is empty. Nothing to download. Where the @#@&@!$ do I get an upgrade, and will it cure my #2 camera?

Please speak slowly and distinctly. I have a wife, AND a computer, I don't need any more confusion in my life.

I found the place to get the upgrade and all is wonderful with the world. I guess I should just have a little more patience and look farther before I go ballistic. Thanks anyway

Sounds like you solved things without need for an intervention.
