How are the Gepe watertight cases? The ones that hold 4 CF cards.

I just purchased 2 2gb 133x Lexar cards, and I have a 2gb and a 1gb already. Any recommendations on good, slim holders?

Waterproof? If it's that wet, are you going to be changing the card? I use a Think Tank Pixel Pocket Rocket (external link). Currently has about 20 GB worth of cards in it. Overflow goes into a Case Logic card wallet (external link) or a SanDisk wallet (external link) (which comes free with Extreme cards).

I was thinking the waterproof one just in case im somewhere and I drop it, or my bag gets dropped into water. I can buy a new camera...but i can't replace pictures that get lost!

Do CF cards screw up with water? Ive never played with solid state memory and water.

People have sent 'em through the laundry. Your pictures will be safe at least long enough for you to download them when you get back home even if you drop them in salt water (but you might want to replace the card reader as well, if you have to recover from that).

Ok, that sounds decent enough. I wouldn't use them in my camera afterwards. This is just in case of the worst.

I might go grab one of those Think Tank ones. About the same size as I was looking at, but I could bring more of my cards along. Thanks!

The ones I posted are semi-waterproof and they float...slip easy into a pocket. I've used this brand for over 6 years now with no problems at all.
