hello,

I noticed it was snowing, so I quicked grabbed my camera and brought my lovely sister outside. I took around hmm 37 shots and out of the 37 I liked the two of them and I feel the two weren't bad at all. If you would please give me good/bad feedback or any suggestions. I would like to submit the 1st (bl/w one) picture into my schools magazine tomorrow so i'd like to do any finishing touches you guys might have in mind! =) thanks! If it is bad plz just dont put "wow BAD KID" lol gimmie suggestions =X

I agree with William - the eyes are a bit off putting on the b/w one. I like the one on the right though

I think you have some distortion going on due to being close up with this lens.

i noticed that in a couple others. do you think it may have been because of the lense or because i might have moved? I don't believe my shutterspeed was low though because of all the light. i was using av -

I like #2, good light, tight crop, good expression. #1 is distorted by her eyes. It almost looks like her hat is too tight....But you did a pretty good job on #2.

i must be unorthodox like you merp - i think the eyes make your first shot.

the more i look at these two shots, the more i actually like them - for two completely separate reasons. in the first shot, i would emphasize the eyes a little more, attempt to bring out the catchlights if possible.

I think these are great! I personally prefer the second shot over the first... but either would be nice for the magazine :)

Nice work

He still has one more move.
