Considering how so many have lamented the lack of macro photography opportunities of things like butterflies I thought I should post a couple which landed on my work bench today.

Or perhaps I should say were constructed on my bench today, any Idea of what species these might be?

Agree with Brian, good pic, but the background is a little over powering

The background is the top of the Laserstar laser welder which I used to assemble the gold mounting. And was the quickest background I had at work to use. Had I had more time I was planing to look for some of the silk flowers used for displays, but these were taken about 15 minutes before closing and time was unfortunately limited.

Any suggestions for a numeral background? I have limited space and it would need to be very portable.
