I like my 20D, also. I don't really need a bigger chimp screen.

If you're upgrading say, from a 350, then go ahead with the 30D. If you currently own a 20D, just buy the glass. In the hands of the right person, the 20 or the 30 would be just fine.

It boils down to money and aesthetics. I like the bigger screen, because people want to see their picture afterwards. I also wanted new, refurbished or dealer demo kinda scares me.
