Why are some people treating Spot Metering as if it's the Second Coming?! It is just one of the 4 metering method that can be used for exposure. You DO NOT use spot metering for everything do you? :rolleyes:
I voted 30d but only if you can swing the extra cash.
If you used the large 2.5" 230,000 pixel screen it is tough to view the 1.8" 118,000 pixel screen of the 20d. I also enjoy the 1/3 stop for ISO, quieter shutter, fast burst (at a constant) and some other minor updates.

Just remember that it is the lens that makes the difference. If buying a 20D will allow you to buy a better lens than that is the way to go. And don't buy cheap filters. The body actually makes the least amount of difference in your picture quality.

Yeah, but still some relevance.:D I found it quite useful just now for helping me decide to pick up an offered 30D to augment my 20D.
