Acccesories for shooting in the rain?

Does anyone use a bag or raincoat type of protector for using their camera in the rain? I have seen mini umbrella's too that attatch to the tripod.

I would like to shoot in adverse weather and not sure what to get. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks, I considered the storm jacket and wondering what else was out there. The tenba RC14 seems pretty cool however I read only one review (outside the link) and the review wasn't favorable.
