I met some newlyweds at a bar and took some pictures. I poofs on my site for them and they are going to purchase a CD of the pictures. If im going to use their pictures on my website or even if im not, should I get a contract signed from them? What contract? wedding? portrait?

If they are already married and you didn't shoot their wedding, get a model release.

in general have them sign a contract BEFORE shooting.

in this case a portrait contract/model release is needed. Usually you would need a contract to explain what they are paying you for, or getting in return, how you can use the shots, what is expected etc
