Really nicely composed shot and very effective too!

Thanks. as reduced and simple it is, it needs to be understood as part of the series... there was a thread of live that found its end, but the traces extend and can be found for much longer than the physical presence.

It's lovely Roland. The only change I would make (if such were my power) would be for the last little pieces on the left side to be higher, makeing the path lift upwards at the end. For purely symbolic reasons.

Agreed. Circles are definitely pleasing. I use them a lot in my own compositions. They suggest a sense of endless peace - a smooth and beautiful continuum.

Right. And somehow, with knowing I can find his traces everywhere, the circle closes and we can be together again...

I've avoided commenting on this series Roland. It's said that the perfect artist leaves the audience with exactly the feeling and idea s/he experienced at the moment of creation. The series so far is so perfect... that I just haven't found anything to say.
Aloud.
But inside, it is has left me touched... pained... uplifted... inspired.
Noel had a wonderful dad. Somewhere - he must be very, very proud.
