i don't normally like to toot my own horn as a rule, but this is one time i'll give it a good honk! my photo, Refraction,

just won Photo of the Year on (gasp!) another forum. now, that may not seem like a big deal, but considering the field of 135 contenders, and some VERY talented photographers, i'm pretty darn excited! of course, the $3,660 worth of cash and prizes that went with that award would be enough to get anyone's attention! ;) between getting published in National Geographic and now this, that photo, which i took just for a lark, to see if i could even get the pic at all, has done pretty well!!

Love the photo.. i have wanted to try refractions myself and might try somethign along these lines if you dont mind. I havent had any luck with rain drops before.
