It went my way Only because I thought Manning was the better head and arm. I guess I liked the idea of a team that had never been there walking off with the prize. Sakes knows my hometown boys are not lilely to go let alone win.Rumors abound the Brownies are for sale . We sold a team once from Cleveland to LA called the Rams. No one here has been delighted with the new Browns since '99. Oh well NFL ball is over for another year for me. I'll skip the probowl as usual.

i. must have been watching a different game. the most exciting part of the game for me was the bears touchdown on the opening kickoff return. after that it was pretty boring with no real big plays

prince kicked some ass though and was probably the person who played with the most passion on that field.

Dude, dude, dude. You obviously failed to follow the first rule when watching the Superbowl. Never watch the game sober! Unlike sex, alcohol ALWAYS makes the game better!!!

I was going for the Bears if you couldnt tell. First 3 mins were awesome for us, down hill after that. Congrats to all you Colts fans.;)

Funny thing is, I thought the first 3 mins were horrible...but then after that, what a fantastic game.

The Chargers need some anger management, the bowl was this close. Theres one thing good watching a bowl game when your team isnt playing. You dont stress out. The game was good and the halftime show with Prince couldnt have been any better. The guy is a super talented guitarist and his new look is cool. Im talking with my father about going to club 3121 in Vegas to see him next week. Good game.

The halftime show is already on youtube. People waste no time, i love it.

he can wail, no doubt about that. and in the rain, no less. i liked the sound he was getting from his single coils. actually, i wouldn't mind hearing him do some hendrix covers.

david, if you liked that, check out his solo on "while my guitar gently weeps" from the george harrison tribute: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILDGkKqFLoI (external link)

Yup. That's the kind of guy he is. I remember his Purple Rain days. At the time, he was bringing along one of his girls, "Apollonia" who appeared in the movie. But there was another he was grooming.

He wanted a particular name for her whose pronunciation would be Va-Gee-Na. I'll leave the spelling to you..

I ask myself this all the time. Will the Super Bowl ever be as good as it is hyped up to be? I thought the AFC championship game was way better than the SB. Although I love ESPN I hate it when they overhype events, such as the BCS game when it was USC vs Texas. ESPN touted the trojans as the best team ever, and even compared to other teams in different eras. And each one USC would 'beat them handily" when they couldnt even beat the best team in their OWN era. It just made ESPN look like fools.
