Mm, I like it. Only things are the reflection in the eye and that the photo is focused on her eyebrows/forehead instead of her eyes. A lot of story is in the eyes and I seem to get better results having them in focus. Definitely like the conversion though.

what's wrong with having a catchlight? well I myself like circle catchlights rather than square. but the closest should be more in focus. nice composition. maybe you could try and get rid of the red on her face, was it a wind burn or something?
