Is this girl painting with light?

Many of her pics have a neat atmosphere to them. Any ideas on the technique?

She's definitely got some kinda post process going on.

I like the lighting she used in her pictures.

There's definately some dodge/burn going on, as well as selective vignetting.

Looks like a bit of HDR.

She's obviously starting with decent lighting, but her post process has a "fashion" feel to it.. she's certainly making some changes in photoshop.

Id say huge PP work on those,and she is very talented.

Probably a bit of everything... I have learned however that a good final image MUST start with a properly recorded image in the first place. She's very good.
