Counted my cameras? And the A620 needs several SD cards for video.

Does 40GB in an Epson P-3000 count? :)

7Gb or so on CF cards, 40Gb iPod for emergency use. That makes about 11Gb total, due to the iPods crappy battery life when DLing files ;)

Holy crap. When I created the poll, I didn't think I needed to be more granular past 20GB, but it seems that there are a decent amount of people with over 20GB. Just wondering why you would need that much memory. The only thing I can think of is if you don't have the ability to transfer to a laptop or some other form of media.

Maybe some of what's registered beyond 10 Gb just represents testosterone level. The rest are probably responses from working PJ's or WP's who don't want to edit on the fly.

Sandisk Ultra II 2 gig. I'll buy another 2 gig once I get some spare cash up but one 2 gig is usually enough for me for one portrait session shooting just RAW (20D files aren't too big).. I usually borrow Dad's other 2 gig card if I'm going to shoot 3-4 bands in one night, though, as my keeper rate can be lower and I tend to shoot a couple of frames in case my focus is off.

My wife and I shoot for money, so during the season we use about 4 to 6 2Gb. cards then on to a P2000. All RAW.

I have 12GB 1 x 4GB, 3x2GB and 2x1GB cards - and yes I will/have use it all on occasions such as shooting a 3 day music festival.

I've got 3 2GB cards, which used to be perfect for my 20D, but now that I'm on a 5D it doesn't seem to be quite enough anymore... ;)

I shoot with an Canon 1d MKII I have a 2gb ultra II a 1gb ultra II, and 5x 512mb cards. Have never filled them all in one go even shooting raw at weddings. although i do fancy buying some more CF or SD cards a couple of 1 or 2 GB cards, even with these crazy prices.

just bought a 6gig micro drive for my 30D. bestbuy sold it to me for $124.00. I didnt question it and couldn't wait to get through the checkout. The same salesperson tried to sell me a new 5D thinking that it was a 30D cos they didnt have a new 30D at the time and she was going to discount it cos it was a floor model (ya, a floor model 5D!). Anyway, she found a new 30D in a sealed box while she was looking for an empty box to put my 5D in. Shame :(
