Looking Down the Little Fawn

Queen Elizabeth Forest in the Trossachs, Scotland.
I couldn't find a good vantage point from below the falls.
So decided to have a look from the top.

Canon EOS 1D Mark II ,Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM
10s f/13.0 at 17.0mm iso50
CP filter plus ND grad.

well that ones turned out good. It was well worth the fiddling about on that rock;)

very nicely done Cameron, some lovely contrast between the ice, rocks and flowing water.

thats amazing!! i have been wanting to try out some waterfall shots, i just havent had time lately. looks great.

Not often I get to fiddle about with rocks. ?!
As you know, we couldn't get a good look at the falls from below.
So it was a nice change to try from the top.
It's not obvious but there's a 50 foot fall below.
