LCD Flickering in INDOOR-Canon IXUS 60

Hi All,
I'm newly brought a canon IXUS 60, its look very good, right now i faced one problem..i feel that it may a demage piece orelse we have to set anything(settings problem). in indoor (inside my office with white tube light), when i switch on my canon IXUS 60 digicam and see through the LCD....LCD flickering continuosly.....when i use it on outerdoor i dont feel anything.

WATS THE PROBLEM, PLZ HELP ME OUT.....

Possibly the refresh rate for the display's in sync with the power cycle of your mains power? Where are you? It's not something I've noticed in the US with 60 Hz power frequency.

I'm in Singapore.
Yesterday i check with the shop keeper where i bought that canon IXUS 60.in all model it will come due to the light and frequency mismatch.........she showed some other also in that i see the same thing....

i think wat u said was correct..

one more thing, for how long we can shoot continous movie withis canon IXUS 60, i put 2GB Memory card.

That's the same as an SD600 in the US; it can do 9 min. continuous at 640x480 pixels and 30 fps, which is about standard video quality. That'll use about 1/2 of your 2 GB card. When it stops, you can start shooting another just under 9 min. before the card fills up.
