Vedio Recording Limit

Hi All,

How long we can shoot continuos vedio in canon IXUS 60. i put 2GB memory for that.

9 min. in one stretch; That'll use a little over 1/2 your card. The 9 min. limit is built into the camera.

in some other forum in saw we can take vedio upto some 1 hr 45 min in 2GB card....itz possible....

plz make me clear....
and one more thing how abt the performance when compare to nikon coolpix s9

if you're able to lower the FPS in settings, e.g. from 30fps to 15, you'll get more time.

Yes, lower resolution (320x240) and lower frame rate will give you about 45 min. or so per GB, but the quality will be lower, and the camera can still only shoot 1 GB at a stretch. If resolution and frame rate aren't important, then that will give you more; if you want to use the SD600 instead of a videocorder, that won't cut it.
