spooky and largely grey and i like it (if the word 'like' can be used here...)
maybe you can get rid of the white bag in the background to the right...
perhaps add an element such as someone sitting on the bench?
perhaps shoot it with more floor and more ceiling / or rather, LESS crop..

to add onto andrewaaa's idea about the person, perhaps have him/her be very faint. Faint like the parts of the spinning thing, almost ghost-like. Just an idea...

a bit eerie... at first I did not like it but the longer I look, the more I am drawn in to the scene... it has a good "feel"
