Anyone have a set of these yet? If it's anywhere near the quality of the rest of Alien Bees products, it seems like a no-brainer. I've bought a cheapo radio slave from ebay that works OK, but the build quality is like a cheap plastic toy and I question it's reliability.


Megapixels and high ISO are a digital photographers heroin. Once you have a little, you just want more and more. It doesn't stop until your bank account is run dry.

I actually just recently got this about 3 days ago. Absolutely love it! Serves its purpose most def.

I live in a condo and i set up 3 alienbees evenly spaced in a 60ft hallway. I stood behind the closed door and took the picture and sure enough, all of them went off. I had the farthest flash linked to my transmitter.
