Infrequent visitor/reader here...
Exc info, but the forums are a lil' vague as
to subject.

What forum do I look to for ZoomBrowser help?

My ZB has been cooking for a year with no probs.
and today, suddenly, it will not recognize either one
of my cameras. Two diff USB cords, switching, etc.

"Camera window not found", but rest of ZB works fine.

A net search did not help.
Any ideas or, "move" my question to right forum or
point toward the right forum...
Thanks and Best Regards,
David

ZB questions usually end up in the forum associated with the camera in question. So, which camera(s) do you have?

Old Canon S50, and KonicaMinolta 5D...they take USB cords with
diff sized male camera plugs, but both have run like tops.

Out of nowhere, my ZB opens and works fine, except I can't
download pics from cam to ZB, as the dreaded No Camera Window
Found window pops up.

I tried the obvious: moving mem card from cam to cam, checking connections,
restarting 'puter, etc.
Thanks,
mD
