Ok I am looking to buy a used 540ez for myself ""I do not use a Flash a lot but just need one in case!"" would it do in a pince! Flash's are not my fortay knowledge in them Zero!! any advice would help: Thanks :oops:

Check out the Flash FAQ. If i remember correctly the EZ flashes don't work right on the DSLRS..

540EZ will only work in full manual on any digital EOS. They don't speak E-TTL.

You need an EX series Speedlite. The 430EX would work fine.
