"Pre-order Estimated Availability Date Monday, April 16, 2007"

AFAIK, you won't be able to download a trial version until the application is released sometime around the end of April.

You can download the beta. If you have CS2 you can use it till ??? , if you don't have CS2, you can try it for two days...

If you lose your brushes or get crosshairs only, your caps lock key is most likely on too.

if your not seeing the brushes make photoshop cs3 strart using rosseta and that fixes the problem

By the way. If you are using the Beta version and you upgrade to the final version. MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO REMNANTS OF ANY KIND FROM THE BETA on your machine.

I still have not finished installation on my Intel mac because there is something somewhere that the final release does not like and it will not install.

I a have an Adobe provided "cleaning" utility that is supposes to "get rid of" any remnants, however will all the WARNINGS about backing up everything including data, programs, all settings (and my grandchildren), I am a little leary of it.

I am using the extended version and it seems to be working fine, files load up faster, you have more color control, and the raw pressing is a snap.


Just another shutterbug.
I am not a photographer, I'm an image capture technician.
