Setup advice needed - basic

Hi

currently I am taking photos with my 400d, a sigma flash and two continuous lights with the white brolley and black reflective brolley.

This has been a big step on from what I used initially - and relied heavily on computer editing to make good!

My question now is what is needed next - flash kit? I really dont know what to do now - I have been taking photos for friends and really would like to move on from that.

Any advice would be great

have included a photo of what I have been doing so far - by the way I really tend to focus on the high key - i know not to everyones taste, but i really like the look and effect!
