I remember someone posted a bunch of websites where we can report SERIAL NUMBERS of stolen equipment.

I assume you have already done so to your local police department? Every year ours has an auction of stolen but unclaimed goods. At the beginning of the auction they always give a little lecture on how you should have the serial numbers and when reporting the goods stolen, give them to the police. If recovered, they do attempt to return the goods.


Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

I mean on a website, I have seen a website where you can post stolen items serial numbers, that way would be buyers can check the status before purchasing.
