W O W ! !

I think it goes to show what the lens can do when put in the right hands. I wasn't too sure if you had used it especially when looking at the angle of #1.

Any tips on what you did to get such sharp shots? I'm guessing Tripod and Circular Polorizer to start with.

Actually, no tripod was used... I held the camera in the hand, just like I'd normally do :)

Edit:

What's a Circular Polorizer?

its a filter that reduces glare and reflections. if you haven't got one, i suggest you get one for car photography, makes a hell of a big difference imo.

Excellent shots. Especially with a kit lens, no tripod and no Circular Polarizer filter.

Magazine quality shots...no kiddin!!! The PP is awesome, it really makes the shots look amazing. Plus everything else (composition, colour contrast etc) is also on the ball! You did amazingly well...i just wish these shots were mine!
And just for the records; i think the kitlens is super! Some of my best shots have been taken with it.

Vision, cognition and an optical mouse!!! :D

Thank you! That was really nice!

Yes, I like the kit lens. I have a 70-300 and a 10-22 but i like my 18-55 the best.

Beautiful photos! Awesome detailing work too hahaha. See, the 18-55 is a fine bugger. And you're a fine photographer!

why?

maybe some people are under the impression that the price of your lens effects your composure?
