I had my neutral density filter on at the time (if that makes any difference)
I enhanced the contrast and colour in the sky, saturated the colour of the grass and leveled the horizon line. I also rotated my brother's head up since he was more "looking at the big sea"

Taken out my sunroof as I was driving down I-16 in Savannah, and noticed the sunset in the rearview.

Wow! Alot of entries!
This challenge is now closed, look for my results in a couple of hours.

Every judge says it, because it is true. It is very hard to make the final decisions. I loved the high number of entries this week, it was fun to go through each capture, look at settings used, and see all the creative ideas.

That being said, here are my choices.

1.) Chrysalis - Burning Water and Sky
A standout capture with great saturation, contrast, and composition

2.)mishnogram - Little Lake Sunset
Great composition and contrast. Should be printed and on the wall

3.)Piltnik - Very dramatic capture, portrait orientation works well
