The composition, pose, and lighting of this image is exquisite.
The image does look a little flat to me though, so since you have "Image Editing OK " set, I thought I'd take a quick stab at it. Hope you don't mind.

Here's my 5-min in photoshop result. (In retrospect, probably punched the color up a bit much, oh well.)

Basically, moved the image from sRGB into LAB, edjusted the white point (levels), overlayed the a (70%) and b (100%) channels over themselves to punch up the color a bit (channel overlay layer was then dialed down to 40% opacity), and restored the white areas that got too bright (due to the levels) with a layer mask.
