What megapixel size is your Canon? The size and clarity of those images are really impressive, particularly if you are posting at medium size.
We did have a lot of light. Here's one of those shots (ISO 100, 1/2500Tv f/2.8 grinning through my sunglasses!) I chose this one because the player trying to make up for not having good position on the puck carrier is my son. If you go to smugmug to view the photo take a look at the original size version
