the bottles lost a lot of color when i saved it for web.

Thats because its in the Adobe color space, when saving a JPG for web viewing use SRGB. I opened Photoshop and changed it, heres the result in what a little color space can do!

If you have Photoshop, go to Edit, Convert To Profile and choose the sRGB profile.

And now for what I think of it.. It's definitely tilted, rotate it back some to the right. I don't really care for the selective coloring though this is a great subject to use it on, if anything it may work for me if the saturation on the color layer was only slightly apparent.

I don't like the ashtray in the shot, and I'm not going to ask whats in the plastic jar behind the ashtray.

thanks, ill have to remeber that sRGB profile tip, and i didnt even notice the tilt till you mentioned it, ill have to play with that. The plastic jar is a medicine jar, it has medicine in it, perscription at that. you have a well trained eye John, i have to work on developing mine, thanks again for the help and cc

The 'eye' comes quicker than you think, and still then theres lots to learn. A good book if you are looking for some light reading is 'Learning to see Creatively' by Bryan Peterson.
