trouble installing a colour profile

Hi, trying to install an ilford galerie paper colour profile into photoshop to use with my Epson R1800. Have been on Ilford Galerie website and have downloaded the correct file to the desktop which is a zip file. Have now downloaded winzip to open the file. Now I am stuck. Can anyone help me in very simple terms what to do next please? Sue:confused:

Right click on the icc profile and select install profile .
