new to B&W....help?

hey i started taking a photo class and its supposed to be in black and white. i used a conversion method i found online somewhere we were supposed to either take pictures of a photographer. please tell me what you think

It really doesn't matter. As long as you get and image that works for you. There are lots of diff ways to tweek a b&w. just play round with it.
