how many pics do u average on a s400 battery?

just curious, i just got my s400 a few days ago and i have only taken like 70 pics with it... i was curious to see what the average is here on the forums.

i know flash plays a major role in estimating but ball park figures are fine with me.

A new Li-Ion battery always needs some time to get to it's maximum capacity. So the first time it will disappoint you and after 2 or 3 times it will work fine.

EOS 350D/Rebel XT, Sigma 18-125 & 55-200mm.

you are right... the first charge was disappointing. only got like 80 pics...

hehe.. its charged up again so we will see what i can squeeze out of it this time.
