Can someone recommend some lighting setup that I one can use for both videography and photography?

Almost any lighting system based on continuous lights will do double duty for video and still photography.

But, continuous lights are a significant compromise for still photography (compared to flash).

For even fair utility for still photography the lights must be of very high Wattage. A couple of 1000 Watt lights might be a good starting point.

But remember, these lights are not called "hot" lights by accident.
