My backyard - Las Vegas, NV - Yellow-rumped Warbler

There's a small group of 6-7 hanging out in my backyard. This is so much better than creeping around the bushes & trees trying to get a clear shot! Now they come right up to the patio for suet and aren't bothered by the camera at all. I've seen more of them in this yard, than I ever did in the wild.

Yup these are second only to the Kinglets(imho) for their unceasing movement. Very nice series LP, I love the last one.

It might be interesting, for the purists, to note that indeed these are Yellow Rumped Warblers but of the Audubon (Western) variety as opposed to the Myrtle (Eastern & Northern) variety. The difference is in the yellow throat. These appear to be females.
