mxracer : Stunning.

Guys, seemingly in a dilemma over a low light Prime. I'm torn between the more expensive 35L vs the much much much cheaper sigma 30mm f1.4 lens.

I've been thru and forth the thread here and the sigma and all over google and getting, in some ways, conflicting information.

I want to shoot wide Open to get all available light in and for bokeh. Which is sharper (or is it copy dependent?")

I'm on a 7D body.

I think they are both great lenses....Sigmas AF isn't quite as good as the Canon's but is pretty good none the less and the build of the 35L is better than the EX 30.....I think once you have them dialed in on your 7D it might be a wash as to which is sharper....I'd grab a used EX 30 and see if you like it, if you're not happy with it, sell it for what you bought it for and grab the 35L....Easy Cheesey

Great picture Marloon. Makes me want to know more about their lives. Are they saying hello or goodbye? Are they rich or poor or from the same backgrounds?

I agree, both are provocative and make me wonder about them too....

the 2 photos just shows you it isn't about the location, but more the subject matter..

Pham,

Not all cars in Australia have signals on the right side of the wheel.

The Japanese manufacturers and Australian manufacturers have signals on the right side, with wiper controls on the left.

The European manufacturers like VW, BMW and Merc, etc. have the lights on the left and wiper controls on the right.

Both come with the speedometer in KMs only.

Love the R32. Wish I had got that over the GTI.

Those cars that don't have the turn signals on the right side of the steering wheel are not conforming to Homoliagation rules ! and should be fine a hefty bill ! ha ha..

since i work for a japanese company, i have to make sure our units that go to Australia have the turn signals on the right side of the wheel.. i really don't know how the other makers can get away with that> ?

also your road crown is much more aggressive so our alignment has to offset for that aggressive road crown..

i can go on and on.. it is cool my plant makes units and they get shipped all over the world
