One thing I love about the 35L is that f/1.4 can really turn casual snapshots into great looking photos.

We took a ferry from pier 6 to Lantu Island, then we took a public buss to the top of the mountain. On our way home we went by cable car. It was very nice. ![]() When we were there, we also saw Shaolin monks showing their awesome Kung Fu skills. darn it... i wish i were there ...to see both the monks and monastary... lovely capture indeed! ( I visited in 2002, my wife and i rode the subway, then caught the bus (just so we could see some more of the city), but when we got to the top, one of the monks said, "hurry come in we're closing... my wife had to use the bathroom.. it was a long ride up..." when she came out 2 mintues later, they had closed the entrance gate at the bottom of the stairs!!
