Sync cord for XTI

I have purchased a couple of monolights to do some portrait work. In setting them I have found there is not a sync outlet on the XTI. Is there a cord that hooks to the hotshoe with a RCA on the other end for the strobe unit?

You need a common hotshoe-to-PC adapter. They run about $10 (U.S.) and are available in most decent camera stores. Then, you need a cable for your monolights that has a standard male PC connector on the camera end.

You should check to see what the sync voltage is on your monolight(s) and make sure the camera's switching circuits can handle the voltage.

Are you sure the monolights use an RCA plug for the connection? I have not seen that type of plug used on the monolights I have seen. What brand and model of monolights do you have?
