The last 4 were taken with the Thrifty Fifty. The first one was with the kit lens.

Right on, I like 1, 3, and 4. You did a good job of not blowing the number board out in 1, and I like the SP in the last shot. IMO it would be nice to have the SP letting brighter, but I think it works.

Thank you Bruce! This is on some backroads in between the Craig and LV blvd intersection and 215. It's right behind Nellis AFB by the prison.

The SP is abbreviation for Southern Pacific.

Nice catch on the abbreveation, I'm always assuming it's photog jargon that I haven't picked up on yet. Thanks for the comments!

I know, I was totally expecting a passerby to call the cops! I'm out there crouched under the train fiddling with something in the dark. Fortunately, I was in uniform, so I don't think I would have been hassled too much, but then again, camoflauge can be suspicisous also!
