hey,

anyone wanna link me a tutorial on backdrops? if its easy enough to explain do so plz =) if im mistaken the term "backdrop" here are some examples--thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by a tutorial on backdrops. Do you mean real backdrops or virtual ones?

hmm maybe I am using the wrong term. In some school portraits that have been taken like above they put you behind a green/white screen to take a picture then later they add the color backround like in the ones above. i was told that they call it a "backdrop" =/

Then that would be a "digital" or "virtual" backdrop. A roll of paper is also a backdrop. What software are you working in?

You will get better results using actual backdrops. This is like trying to add a fake DOF with Gousian Blur. It will never look as good as the real thing.
