Not sure of the real name for this effect, I believe that the dirt version is called a dust devil, so this must be a snow devil. Taken in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, on Friday.

I surprised that snow would do that (I don't know much about snow). Must be really powdery snow.

In Oz we call them Whilly-Whillies.
