I have digital images that were cropped to 5x7 and 8x10 dimensions when processed. If I want to print an 11x14 or 16x20, do I need to resize them to get the best quality? Can you recommend the best way to do that? I use Photoshop Elements. Thanks

What size are the images in pixels (check the size). this will determine the quality you'll get by resizing. All My Gear
