I never take a trip wtihout this lens. One of my favorites.

Thanks I feel with my type of shooting I won’t need the 2.8. I will be using it for landscapes and very closeup wildlife/birds. I have my 600f4 for mainly shooting. I walked about with it yesterday in my hand with the 1dx and it was light enough.
