How does this look? It's from a Peleng 8mm on a Canon 20D:

Original:

IMAGE NOT FOUND

De-fished:

I'm trying to be able to use the Peleng for an ultra-wide landscape lens, and I think I'm getting close. If you shoot at the right angle, then you can get the horizon to be mostly straight. From there, it's just a matter of applying lens correction filters while trying not to over-distort the image.

it's working. the only thing i can see that's still distorted is the tree on the far left, but it's very good.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I can't make an action because it depends heavily on the original angle that the shot was taken at. So, I have to do each one manually.
