Change nothing. I disagree with Carbo... it is totally exciting to get a perfect result. I can imagine your pleasure. And the framing adds to the impact as a very commercial graphic. Ted Byrne

(Providing the floor is water proof of course). Or shooting it with the product sitting in a VERY shallow pan of water so it reflects into the water? I will have to try that when I do it next Paul. zacker wrote in post #2740682 have you thought about making your own lightbox?? Yes I have actually. Just yesterday I saw a thread where someone made there own lightbox and got some great shots from it. I want to look into that. ~ JUSTIN CARPENTER~

Mike308 Hatchling 3 posts Joined Feb 2007 More info | Justin small product shots such as this can be bread and butter to commercial studios. It takes a great deal of work to get good at it, but your on the right track. Keep practicing and look at the adds of products in the better magazines to see how it's done. Starting with simpler images try to duplicate it, figure out how the photographer did it. As you get better try harder compositions. So much cheaper to do this now than when I started. http://www.michaelfalconer.com
