POTN Powershot Speed Challenge #59, WOOD

Thanks Marc for a good subject and to all of you for some great entries once again.
spur and snowdr had my votes with their awesome entries. Thanks to those of you who appreciated the sugar shack as well. abyss, I really like your entry. stanley_pope, those are beautiful creations there. Nice shot also!

In my excitement this morning I forgot to congratulate the second and third place winners, both excellent shots, Wood on Wood beautiful bird well taken, and Crooked House a sharp object on a blurred background an effect I am still trying to master.

I also like the Sugar Shack, glad I didn't have to cut all of that wood though.
Now if I can just keep from getting hit by a train, this week should be fun.

congrats to all the winners, I was bz resizing my photo, didn't relize that the contest has already been closed when I posted mine. No luck this time, I'll try again for sure
